The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms are furnished with cosy king-sized beds and are equipped with an AC, wardrobe, Wi-Fi and ensuite bathrooms. - One of the bedrooms on the first floor is equipped with an attached balcony. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The spacious living room on the ground is adorned with comfortable sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people. - It is equipped with a TV, and Wi-Fi access. It does not have an AC. - The dining area is a part of the living room. It can accommodate up to 10 people. - The living room opens up to a separate, air-conditioned TV room, complete with a sofa-cum-bed and a TV. - The first floor of this lavish home lies yet another sit-out spot, with seating arrangements and a coffee table. - The sprawling exteriors of the villa boast seemingly endless lawns covering an area of 8000sq.ft. - It is embellished with ample seating spaces and can accommodate up to 18 people. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the covered temperature-controlled heated swimming pool that also features a recreational rain shower and a bar area near the pool deck. - The pool is 15x5 metres in size and up to 4.5 ft. in depth. There is a poolside music system. - Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. - Guests can relish a delectable meal amidst the farm and nature and make the most of the alfresco dining experience. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. Personal chefs/cooks are not allowed. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests can choose to opt for the meal package or order in from nearby restaurants. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
