There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area to accommodate up to six guests in total. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and bath. Beside this is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for the family. Next to this is a dining room and a spacious lounge with a Smart TV. While no one will be staying in the downstairs rooms during your stay, that area is not available to guests on this listing. There is a heat pump in the dining area and a second one in the upstairs hallway. There are also panel heaters in all the bedrooms. There is a double garage with room for another two cars outside. In the garden area is a nice outdoor eating space and spa pool available for guests to use unless it is down for maintenance or refilling. The BBQ is offered 'as is'. You are welcome to use it, but please ensure it is cleaned after use as it is not part of our cleaners' schedule. Given the proximity to the neighbours, the spa can only be used before 10 pm. Maintenance between bookings may mean the spa is not always available, or at optimal temperature, by check in time. We will do our best to have this ready for each booking but it cannot always be guaranteed.
