Clean and easy to access. Was pretty sparsely stocked on essential items (very few extra blankets and very thin comforters, no extra pillows, no dish sponges, no laundry detergent, no wash cloths, etc.) Lovely area!

As a fellow Airbnb host, my group and I were a bit disappointed by the experience we had at this rental. We were visiting family over the holiday weekend and two main items we had trouble with were water heat and wifi connectivity. The shower/sink water were frigid, and with cold weather outside, it meant cold showers for us too. The Wi-Fi password provided in the check in instructions did not work after multiple attempts to sign on which was a bit of a bummer as someone in our group had a bit of computer work to do. I found the $200 cleaning fee to be a bit high considering the check out instructions included cleaning many areas of the house. The rental was conveniently located and clean upon arrival but after multiple attempts to contact the host, who was completely unresponsive to us, it made the experience a bit uncomfortable.

it was a nice place, however the refrigerator wasn't working and we didn't know that until we came home with $240 worth of groceries and it wasn't cold. so our meats and fresh produce sat in a warm fridge until we communicated a couple times with the owner. We went to the store and bought coolers and ice, but some of the dairy and meat weren't fresh after sitting out for hours. the owner tried to get the fridge fixed and no one could come out. 5 days into our stay they sent a new one, but we had to be there and wait 3 hours. otherwise everything was nice. the owner gave us $50 ×4 days off.

Little hiccup when we arrived. Owner bent over backwards to make sure it was corrected and we were taken care of. Great hostess!

Very nice townhome in a very quiet neighborhood. Great view of the mountains. Very nice convenient location if you are visiting family in Green Valley. Evolve did a great job with booking, communication, and check-in.
