The house was beautiful! There is not a whole lot to do within a short distance (at least ten to 15 minute drive) but that's just what we were looking for! Lots of towels, well stocked kitchen (utensils, pots and pans), games, books and any more. There is only one tv in the house but that wasn't an issue. My husband didnt have very good cell service (at&t) but i had very few problems (verizon) aside from random dead zones here and there. This was the perfect weekend getaway with little distraction. We're already talking about planning a trip possibly in the fall!

While the house and views were fantastic and the quiet surroundings and cozy atmosphere was what I was looking for, the bug infestation could not go unnoticed. The house I was infested with beetles, lady bugs, and stink bugs. I understand that out there bugs in the house are normal here and there but this was almost disgusting. We had stink bugs and beetles crawling on the beds, walls, our clothes, etc. I even woke up to a spider crawling on my face and a stink bug crawling on my partners back. We took numerous photos and videos because we just could not believe that this wouldn’t be mentioned to us. We enjoyed our stay for the most part but the bug situation 100% needs to be taken care of or at least mentioned in the listing!

We stayed at this spot for a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend with friends who also had a toddler child. Very clean and spacious overall. Keep in mind the house has no WiFi as in the description, but they do have a TV in the basement with a DVD player and an Amazon Fire Stick and we did not have any issues with cellphone reception. The hot tub was already running when we got there and had a great view, day or night, and plenty of towels available in the bathroom. We noticed a stack of board games in the closet as we were leaving. There were two coffee machines with pods and beans. Couches are recliners and very comfortable to be lazy on. The area has expansive fields and a hilly landscape. We were able to catch a beautiful sunrise from our bedroom and sunroom windows. There are some grocery stores and restaurants within 10 minute's drive. Overall we had a really relaxing time, and recommend a stay here.

Place was so good and back yard was everything we needed. Pretty mountains and fall colors. The bad part is there were so so so many bugs in and outside the house. And upstairs where bedrooms were there.. there’s no AC , we opened windows and slept.
