My husband and I stayed (with our dog and cat) for about three months at Christopher's place. The neighborhood is quiet, and we really enjoyed the convenience of the location: super close to the airport, 15-20 minutes from the Strip, easy access to all of Henderson and the east side of Las Vegas (and the Hoover Dam!), and even not too far from the west side due to easy freeway access. There is a Vons grocery store and a fantastic sushi restaurant just a couple minutes from the house, and we even kind of enjoyed the school being right behind us; the noise of the kids at recess wasn't bothersome. Christopher and his father-in-law, Terry, were very responsive and helpful when a couple small issues came up. And we felt comfortable in the house; it is in good condition and cleans up well.

My wife and I don’t use Airbnb much due to preferring hotels so I can’t speak much in comparison with other places. We had a longer trip and wanted our car and dogs so Airbnb made sense. This is a new place and didn’t have any reviews at the time so it was a slight gamble but it turned out better than expected. My wife isn’t one to use Airbnb and wasn’t sold on the idea but by the end said if we came back she’d stay there again. It’s a normal house with size, rooms and bathrooms listed. Everything about them is what you’d expect in a good way (nothing abnormal hidden in photos). Master bedroom is large and the mini office with closing door next to it was perfect for wfh while the other used the dining area. Kitchen has ample space and everything worked great. Christopher welcomed us to show us around and then was hands off but completely responsive for any questions we had. Personally the location was perfect and when my wife used the car I even walked to the local grocery store and food options around the plaza (July and over 100 mins you). Drive to the strip was 15 minutes and done dozens of times and at most 23 minutes. We weren’t there during school so I can’t speak to how loud the playground in the backyard is but the neighbor I talked to said it’s barely audible. Speaking of neighbors it was a nice little development with what seemed to be mostly older retirees. So pretty safe overall feeling the entire time. AC is super powerful, shower was solid, bed and bedding resulted in great sleep, all appliances worked as expected including washer and dryer. If the pictures look good to you and the location seems to be where you want I’d recommend booking this place. Price was a bit high but I don’t use Airbnb much so maybe a month it’s normal. The price is listed up front so I knew going in what it was and nothing was a surprise. Christopher also let us arrive a day early since nobody was there and we paid normal daily rate. All around thumbs up from us. Maybe even stay there again some day.

We stayed in this property for over a month. The property is located between Pecos and Eastern in Henderson, NV, in a quiet neighborhood, except we had a schoolyard outside the patio. But the sounds of children playing was okay. Close proximity of shopping and restaurants. The property had undergone an extensive renovation and we were the first residents to stay there, so everything was new. Tasteful interior and furniture, nice beds, particularly comfortable mattresses. The only downside was the dated kitchen and bathrooms with 1990’s white tile countertops, which are difficult to keep clean, but totally new kitchen appliances were delivered while we were there, so that helped. The property manager, Christopher, was very helpful and attentive and did the handyman work himself, when necessary, on short notice. Overall, it was by far the best Airbnb experience we have had so far, even though there were a few glitches.
