If you are looking for a 5-star resort, this is not it. But if you are looking for a private villa, that's perfectly located close to everything in Soufriere, then this is the perfect place for you. The Villa is in the Rabot Estate (Hotel Chocolate has an amazing breakfast!) and it's got a beautiful view of Petit Piton. The master bedroom and downstairs bedroom have in-room AC units, which are not common in St. Lucia (even some of the resorts do not have AC). Denise was our concierge and she did an amazing job helping us coordinate the trip. One of the things Denise coordinated was a driver service. Kelvin was the best driver we could ask for. He was very punctual and nice to talk with. If you have not been to St. Lucia, do not try to rent a car. Not only is the driving dangerous, but it's very difficult to find places using Waze / Maps. It was well worth the money... And you can drink more rum! My family had a great vacation and it all started with having a nice place to stay.

We stayed three nights and were amazed by the views of the petite piton. We loved the open-air concept. There is also a lot to see in the area, including waterfalls, botanical gardens, and a volcano. We were impressed with our property manager, Denise's, attentiveness. She arranged for a private chef to cook for us one night. Ramsey cooked a phenomenal sunset dinner. The wifi had limited range, but we had no additional complaints. If you're an animal lover, you'll love your daily visits by the Hermitage house calico. She is a sweetheart just looking for human attention. Not interested in food. We'd recommend to family and friends.

What a beautiful quiet place! It’s an open floor plan, meaning there are doors and windows but it’s open to allow the amazing evening breeze to flow through. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of different seating options. Pool was nice and cold! The views are stunning, perfect place to relax and play cards in the evening. Our concierge was fantastic! Was there on arrival for a personal walk through of the property. Amazing communication, super quick answers to questions and helped us coordinate all our transfers and private excursions. Everything was seamless.

We had a fantastic stay! The view is even better in real life than in the pictures!!! Denise was super helpful with local recommendations and making reservations for dinner. You are even able to request a local chef to make meals at the home. We were able to hire Chef Ramsey for both breakfast and dinner. He made great food, was great company, and was fairly priced for his high quality food. We would highly recommend Chef Ramsey while you are staying here. Overall, it was a very smooth experience and we would recommend this place over any of the nearby resorts. If you rent a car, make sure to request an SUV as there is a very rocky dirt road to the home. They do offer chauffeur services if you do not rent a car as well!
