The apartment is great it has three levels is very secure and 3 toilets/2 bathrooms onsite security actively walk the complex all night. A couple of little fixes and cleaning of cupboard interiors would be great, but had a great time and certainly felt safe and has plenty of spaces in the apartment for larger groups to relax.

A very large apartment with great views over Ela beach. It is well located in the central part of Port Moresby with hotels, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It has a nice balcony to sit on in the afternoons to relax and enjoy a drink. On arrival I found it was very clean and has most of the necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the apartment cool and comfortable. Christian lives in the apartment next door and you don't see him much. I had a couple of requests which he assisted where he could.

Christians place was affordable, quiet, and in a safe compound with beautiful views of the ocean. Security guards were very helpful in acquiring taxi service. That being said, we were disappointed to find very few of the amenities listed actually available upon arrival. No water in the pool, no hot water in the house, only one working AC. Kitchen poorly supplied. No WiFi or TV until we communicated with Christian to come hook it up. Christian was responsive to communications and a pleasant host. Our advice: good place to stay, affordable, but bring extra linens and plan to take cold showers

Fantastic large and spacious townhouse, clean, private, secure, quiet and great view. I highly recommend staying here as an alternative to Port Moresby hotels, better value and great to actually utilise the local markets for fruit and verges to cook your own meals. Christian was a fantastic host, great communication and quick to respond to any issue you may have, not that there really was any.
