It's a spacious and quiet place. Lovely outlook onto the golf course. Kangaroos came for a visit. Centrally located if one has a car to get to everywhere on the peninsula.

Place was nice and accessible, and cosy as well. However, on top of the $90 cleaning fee that we had already paid, we were asked to empty all the thrash bins and place all the dishes back in the cabinets, even if they were still wet. (The public bins were quite a distance away). Accommodation did not provide a sponge to wash dishes too, had to purchase our own. After spending 2 nights at the air bnb, was shocked to be accused of leaving stains on the mattress protector, even though they had no proof of the bedsheets being stained (the bedsheets were not removed throughout the stay). On top of the dishes and rubbish that were not left as advised we were asked to pay an additional fee ($30) by the hosts, which I found quite surprising. Brought the issue up to air bnb and they dismissed it in favour of us. I have never experienced a host as strict as this. Please take photos of the venue and read the instructions carefully before staying.
