We had a great family get away for the weekend. It was secluded enough that we got to connect and unwind but there was lots of fun too with the hot tub and games. We would definitely recommend!

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and it was an excellent location. The home was spacious and the outside provided lots of space for children to play. The home was easily accessed and the hosts were so accommodating with any requests. We would certainly recommend this place to others.

We spent over an hour walking around in the middle of the night to check in because the address is wrong on airbnb. Wasted a lot of time & scratched our trailer going to the other location through the trees & rock roads. The airbnb itself was very nice and private. We didn't get the code to the suite connected to the gameroom until the next day so we couldn't have anyone stay in the suite. Once we did get the code, we heard loud scratching and banging noises from above making it impossible for anyone to stay there. Also there are no checkout instructions so I wasn't sure what to do with the trash when we left. The bathtub in the master bedroom does not have hot water so we were bummed about that. Other than those issues, beds were comfortable, plenty of space & things to do for families, thank you for hosting us.

The home itself was beautiful. The water from the tap was dirty, but we were assured it was in the process of being fixed. Communication was not good. When we asked about parking, we were told there was street parking, but its a private home in the mountains. There was a large driveway. We were worried about parking when it wasn't a problem. Then when it came time to check out, there weren't clear directions on what to do with our trash. We messaged to ask and they said to put it in the bins, but there were no bins where they instructed. When we sent a picture of the area they said we could find bins, we were told to go to that same area to find them.

I read the previous reviews prior to staying at Mystic Mountain and while there were issues with finding the road originally, we found that the previous reviews didn’t do this place justice. This was absolutely worth the money to stay here. I’ll debunk and clarify a few things. Location, location, location! When you rent this location you will get an email with the correct address the morning you are set to check in. The address on Air BnB is NOT correct. Follow the address Vacasa gives you! It’s correct. Dishware and silverware were present in the home! There was enough for the 8 people who came with us and a little extra left. We celebrated our Christmas there and we were able to use all appliances. Nothing was out of order. It’s the mountains so they operate off wells so the water is a little different so I recommend grabbing some bottled water, but not needed to brush teeth or shower. This was one of the BEST places we have stayed at. The game room was amazing and so was the view
