The photos and description matched the listing perfectly. The Proctor District is so nice and the listing is central to everything you’d need. Everything was so clean upon arrival. The kitchen is amazing. I’ll definitely book at this listing again.

Super chill spot with everything you’d need to get away for a weekend or a staycation. House was clean, parking was close, and Mike & Anita replied quickly when I messaged them.

The day before check-out, I had a medical emergency that resulted in me getting admitted to the hospital. I asked for a 4-hour extension, from the original check-out time of 11am to 3pm, so that my brother, who lives in Colorado, could fly to Tacoma and pack everything up since I wouldn’t be able to leave the hospital myself to check out. Not only would they not grant me the extension, despite the fact that no one was staying in the apartment the next day, but they tried to pressure me into paying for an extra night, while I was in the hospital, and charged me for a 2-hour extension. Had the place been booked, I would have completely understood not being able to give the extension, but it was going to be vacant, and I only asked for a few extra hours. I wasn’t trying to get a free extra night out of them, I simply needed more time for my brother to get to Tacoma from out of state to clear the apartment. I will never book with these people again.
