I stayed with Isaac, Linda and Noelia for 3 months and I can highly recommend this place! The house is very close to 36th street station, which takes you to Midtown in 20-25 min. The neighborhood itself is very relaxed and actually feels like a neighborhood where people know each other. Therefore it also felt very safe to walk around sunset park, even at night - something that isn’t true for all of New York. The apartment is well maintained and clean, something I really appreciated a lot. The kitchen and bathroom were cleaned 2/3 times a week usually. The common space was very well equipped with everything you’d need (and I almost cooked every single day, didn’t miss a single thing). The room itself is rather small, but a) it’s New York b) the price was really fair and c) its described that way online. Overall a great stay, great hosts and a place I’d definitely definitely recommend to everyone!

Quaint place. Great hosts! Location was awesome! I loved the park and the cemetery! Yes! Odd sounding, but they’re both beautiful places! The location is close to a laundromat, train station with different trains running. I loved being 30 mins away at most to most places!

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need with a good bed, nice bathroom, awesome kitchen, good wifi. The apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood close to Manhattan. Noelia and her brother are great, great hosts and there for you when you need them. I had a very great stay and can absolutely recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice deal in a diverse and vibrant neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the subway station (where you will find both local and express services - very convenient!). Noelia and Isaac are great hosts and are super responsive to any questions you might send them. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, and the bathroom is very clean. The bedroom itself is small, so be ready. Road/traffic noise is a problem given the location and the thinness of the windows. But overall, would highly recommend.
