Zum Gastgeber: Erdinç Bey ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Auf unsere Fragen hat er in kürzester Zeit reagiert. Er hat proaktiv ein Restaurant empfohlen oder mögliche Aktivitäten mitgeteilt. Auch unser Wohlbefinden ist für Erdinç Bey von Bedeutung. Vor und während des Aufenthalts hatten wir einen angenehmen Austausch. Wir haben uns als Familie (4 Personen) die gesamte Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung: Das Apartment ist top ausgestattet. Nachts ist es ruhig. Tagsüber ist die Umgebung lebhaft. Zur Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Metro-Station oder die Marmaray in Bostancı sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Fazit: Wenn wir wieder in İstanbul sind, werden wir das Apartment buchen.

A very cozy, clean, and bright apartment that felt like home. It had everything we needed and more. Location is excellent as well with great connections. Erdinç is a very thoughtful host and is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Everything was great and the flat was exactly like the pictures and as was described. Erdinc is a great host and very helpful. The only problem was the construction going on in the opposite side of the road. I had to work 2 days from home and the noise during the working hours was a problem. But outside of working hours, there is no noise at all and it is a peaceful neighbourhood.

We had a fantastic stay at Erdinç’s place. His place was extremely clean, very roomy and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen, bedding, and bathroom essentials. Erdinç was an incredible host who was so helpful and responsive to make sure we had everything we needed and gave me so many recommendations on places to visit and eat around the area. The neighborhood and area of the apartment is truly beautiful and is nearby so many awesome places to eat as well as a grocery store. We will definitely be staying at Erdinç's place again when we come back.
