This neighborhood is a favorite among Athenians. Tons of families/professionals, musicians and other artists choose to make it home. There are lots of parks, trails, and great sidewalks to walk or bike- and it's a perfect way to take in the scene. Over the years, Boulevard and Normaltown have become destinations for some of best places to eat and drink. There are three local restaurants right around the corner from the house... and everything else is just a quick walk away.
Normaltown- check out Automatic Pizza, Normal Bar, Agua Linda, High Lo, Old Pal... and the list goes on and on.
Boulevard- Chase Park businesses, White Tiger, Heirloom, Buvez. And no joke- the local gas station has some of the best biscuits in town!
On Prince Ave- Daily Groceries, Taqueria del Sol, Seabear, Hendershots, Big City Bread, The Grit…
and Downtown Athens is also right at your fingertips. There are more downtown restaurants, bars and music venues than I could possibly begin to name- I'm happy to give recommendations if you ask. :)

Parking is available on the street... and everything is a walk (or Lift/Uber) away!
