RVers enjoy stunning lake views and easy access to a public boat dock and a private beach. An adjacent bell tent offers a chance for group camping. The site has 50 amp service, well water, septic and more! Bring your RV of any type (as long as it has its own bathroom) or size, as this site will accommodate up to a motor coach with tip-outs and 50 amp service. The RV site's location is a private spot overlooking Lake Pend Oreille and just a couple minutes walk away from the water. Hookups are on-site with a frost-free hydrant serving up tasty well water! A beautiful outdoor hot tub under the stars seats five with a lounge. The site has its own fire pit, and camp wood is provided. We have accommodations for horses too. The property includes a house and two bell tents that allows for the possibility of group retreats. Hawkins Point is the farthest point on the Sunnyside Peninsula, named for the fact that it faces south; it's a gateway to the northern end of the lake and the Pack River Delta. The property has been in the same family since 1944 at a prominent geographic feature on Lake Pend Oreille, Hawkins Point. A public boat dock is right across the road, and the private shoreline is just west of the Hawkins Point public boat dock. Please note, it is necessary to back into the site. The surrounding meadow has plenty of room to turn around once you climb the short hill from the county road.
