A thoughtfully appointed place - beautifully finished, spotlessly clean and with elegant touches like posh linens and soaps, we felt very comfortable here. A few downsides were not enough seating in the lounge for the number of people that the house can sleep (there is only one sofa, plus a small backless window seat), and there is a bit of street noise in the front bedroom, but the hosts had thoughtfully provided ear plugs for this purpose. There were fans in each bedroom which were welcome during our hot summer stay, a lovely selection of tea, coffee, and some milk waiting for us in the fridge. Host was quick to respond to a question and proactively followed it up the next day. The location is great if you want to be in Streatham - we chose it to be near friends who live in the area. Streatham itself doesn't have great transport connections but we knew this. Basically it's a bus to a tube/train station for most journeys. Several great restaurants around which we enjoyed.
