Great location. Clean house with dated fixtures especially in the bathroom. My wife hurt her hand while trying to hang a towel in the bathroom wall rack which just suddenly came loose on the ground floor. Nice private and expansive outdoor area with a great vantage tower (again rusted…can’t even hold the railing while climbing up). The views though are stunning. Caretaker initially disappeared without any intimation….had to go looking for her before word reached her to come. Then had to set clear expectations with them to avoid any further issues. Don’t expect great service especially if you decide to enjoy the private outdoor space for food and drink. Biggest drawback here is network connectivity especially since there is no WiFi provided on the property. Jio and Vodafone work at the property but in patches. The Host Aditi is not an easy person to contact so please get as much information from her before you get to the property.

It's a cute place! A very sweet caretaker and a clean home! The only thing is the pictures don't match the property. The ceiling was dripping as it had leaks. The whole place just needs to be maintained we'll. Also, it was really expensive. It's a huge bungalow though. The caretaker and his wife are very helpful. Nice private area. Breakfast was pretty good. Amenities are also good. Just requires maintenance.

A very good place to stay.....grt location & lovely neighborhood... the place has everything that was mentioned....good communication with host & housekeepers are very helpful... Totally enjoyed the stay & worth it villa ❤️❤️❤️

This is our 2nd time stay at this property in two years. the property is like a normal house, not like a hotel but is spacious and good amount of outdoor space as well to chill and enjoy the weather. The best part is the tree house in the backyard which gives access to lovely views, so really don't need to go to any of the tourist sight seeing points for scenic beauty as that's right there for you at the house. The caretaker Mr Vitthal and his wife are very helpful and took great care of us during our stay both times. The host Aditi is also very prompt and helpful. The location is close to le meridien so not very far from the main city points, at the same time secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of Mahabaleshwar.

The villa is spacious and good for a group gathering. The garden is huge and houses a tower which gives one a private sunset viewing option and trust me it is better than any sunset point! Points to note- Not allowed to cook in the kitchen. Carry own set of sanitary items
