Mark is a wonderful host, the best you can hope for ! Very helpful, available and nice ! The apartment is really cute and clean, feel like home kind of place. The location is perfect, close to Santa Monica and other key points areas. We loved our time in LA and we recommend for sure Mark’s apartment with no hesitation !

Mark was probably the host everyone wishes for. He had communicate very clearly on how to check-in, had some great recommendations for restaurants and other places around LA we should go and see (Santa Barbara was awesome!). Mark was very responsible and answered all our questions immidiately - he even checked out a few things for us before we started our trip. We felt very safe the whole time, and if we visit LA again, we'll definitely go to Mark. We highly recommend this apartment, we had nothing to complain about. Staying at Mark's place was an absolute dream! The apartment has been so thoughtfully decorated and was a pleasure to spend time in. Mark really cares about his guests and that shows in many little touches, e.g. kitchen appliances and toiletries. We spent many afternoons on the peaceful and sunny balcony. As we were travelling at awkward times, we really appreciated Mark's flexibillity over check-in and check-out. He gave us a very friendly welcome and waved us off when we left. His recommendations for the area were excellent, especially Blueys for breakfast. We also enjoyed visiting nearby Japantown and there are good amenities nearby: a 7/11, Trader Joes and Gelsons all within walking distance. We found the bus and metro connections excellent for exploring the city and also discovered a few local treasures like Record Surplus – a vinyl store – and Cinefile Video – an old style VHS and DVD store, perfect for movie buffs! Our best AirBnB experience, hope we can stay here again!

Mark is an amazing host and we’ve had an amazing time in his Appartement. The location was perfect and the flat was super clean with everything you need and the bed was so comfortable. We’ve stayed for two weeks and will definitely come back! Best AirBnB experience I’ve had.
