This is an astonishing place! 5/5 Stars. The property itself exceeded all expectations. Often, photos can be deceiving, but in this case, they didn't do justice to the true beauty and charm of the house. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that the property was even better in person than what was depicted online. From the spacious living areas to the well-appointed bedrooms and modern appliances and AC units! It's rare to find a rental that not only meets but surpasses expectations, and this one certainly did. Additionally, I must commend the host for their exceptional responsiveness. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally, making the entire rental process seamless and stress-free. Overall, I can't recommend this rental property highly enough. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this is the perfect place to call home.

We spent a month at Richard's place and it was great. You can't beat the location for walking to restaurants, the Thursday night Art Walk, etc. It is a bit noisy with dogs barking and parrots squawking, but we got used to it. The place is very big, the a/c works works perfectly, lots of hot water, and there are plenty of towels and anything else you might need. Richard thought of everything and is a pleasure. We feel like we left having made a new friend! PS - We like to leave something as a thank you when we visit airbnb's, so we left 2 new sand/beach chairs for future guests. Enjoy!!!

I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Rincon! The house is very clean and has ac in all rooms! Also, you can walk to many of the restaurants right in Rincon!
