My husband and I pride ourselves on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We live right next door and can usually be reached easily. This Guest Suite is attached to the other side of our main garage. It has a separate garage and entry doors with its own utilities. SECURITY: We have outdoor security cameras at the back door and driveway. COFFEE BAR: There will be Keurig coffee pods, and Tea available. TV: There is a 65” TV in the living room, a 50” TV in Bedroom 1, and a 32” TV in Bedroom 2. All Tv's are setup with a Guest Netflix account, and YouTube TV, providing access to over 100 channels including NFL Ticket. WIFI: Fast WiFi – 179 Mbps. Verified by speed test. Stream 4K videos and join video calls on multiple devices. KITCHEN: We have a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We have glasses, dishes, and silverware for 6. We have utensils, pots and pans, storage containers, oven pans, toaster, blender, mixer and Keurig coffee maker. We have basic items such as sugar, brown sugar, sweet and low, flour, mustard, ketchup, mayo, pan spray, oil, some seasonings, salt and pepper. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, dresser, and closet storage. Bedroom 2: Two Full beds, dresser, and closet storage. There is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room that sleeps 2. We also have a Pack-N-Play available. Let us know if you need it and we can have it setup prior to your arrival. We provide sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows. SEATING: There are 3 bar stools at the counter in addition to a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, and 2 recliners. LAUNDRY – There is a full-size washer and dryer available with laundry pods provided. BATHROOM – Hair Dryer, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. GAMES – There are several games in the Living Room TV Cabinet GARBAGE SERVICE: is provided on Wednesday mornings. CHILDREN- We know how much extra luggage it takes with kids so we try to lesson the burden by providing the following: kids cutlery, pack and play, baby monitor, booster\highchair, kids toys and games to help keep them entertained. EXTERIOR: 4 Patio Chairs are on back deck. Please use the back deck area, driveway or garage for smoking. Ashtray is provided. There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. In the front of the unit there is room for 2 cars, one in the garage and one in the driveway (directly in front of the garage).
