Cute and quiet park model with plenty of room to move around inside. Beautiful kitchen and dining area with 2 bedrooms. Parking for 1 vehicle and a boat. Located in a quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor table and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment! Located on a hill in the back of the park overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain. This home is approximately 400 square feet of living space with an attached porch. It has room for 2 cars but a boat will have to be parked at the bottom of the hill. It has a grill, table and the firepit on the patio in the front of the stay. You are welcome to use our dock and rocky beach front for fishing and swimming. We have games and some fishing poles available upon request. You can use the marina next door to put your boat in the water $5 or dock your boat for a fee.

Considering that it was Solar Eclipse time, absolute best value for the area. For those who desire a nice, quiet, friendly yet private location, this is for you. A few steps to the shoreline of Lake Champlain allowed us to take relaxing and scenic walks. Views were outstanding. Jenny had so much to do to prepare for this Solar Eclipse time yet she remained composed and relaxed, smiling all the while. Any questions we had were responded to quickly and efficiently, both well before our arrival and during our stay. She checked in on us frequently to see if everything was ok or if there was anything else she could do for us. The space was comfortable and spacious for our needs, sooo much better than staying at a hotel or tent camping. Highly encourage travelers to make this their choice. We enjoyed it tremendously. Our family had an amazing time at this property! At 8 months pregnant, my husband and I, plus our 4 year old son and our two dogs never stepped on each other’s toes the entire week. Jenny and her husband were so warm and kind and proactive, making us feel that they were available for us if needed. The Plattsburgh city beach was a short drive away and so was antiquing in Vermont and shopping downtown Plattsburgh. We loved the fire pit and BBQ, and the veranda/living room addition was perfect for our family evenings. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

A peaceful and beautiful place where you can breath the fresh country air while being surrounded by the beautiful views of Lake Champlain and the Green and Adirondack Mountains! Escape all craziness and come enjoy some time in our neck of the woods!
You can walk around the park, to the beach area in front of the park or even to the Happy Pike to eat or get some ice cream! We are about 15 minutes from Plattsburgh if need a shopping trip or want catch a movie!
