On the Bank River Retreat allows you to be just steps away from the serene and picturesque Walhonding River. Here you have your choice of posting up on the dock (that extends over a quaint river eddy) kick back around the cozy campfire, or sit in the screened in porch and do family game night! Located here in Nellie there are several options ranging from wineries to Roscoe Village or venture further to Mohican or Amish Country. There are three structures on the property: Structure #1 - The Bunk House. This structure is setup for overflow sleeping only. This Structure will give you access to one large room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds to allow for extra guest. IMPORTANT NOTE - There is no bathroom. Sorry for the inconvenience. On the Bank - River Cottage #2 This cottage has all kinds of options for entertainment. Between the fire pit out by the river dock or challenge your friend to a game of pool in the lounge room. If it rains or gets dark, the covered front porch or screened in porch is a great place to converse. Inside there are 3 bedrooms; 2 with queen beds and 1 with 2-twin beds; 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, with an open layout of dining and living room. With very solid wifi and fire stick on each tv you are able to log on to your amazon account and stream away! The cottage has central air-conditioning and heating. Also there is an attached pool table/lounge room. On the Bank - River Cottage #3 This cottage is just a stones throw away from the river.
