No heat the first night, took until next day to get fixed, thermastat wired wrong, T.V.'s didn't work, they had to bring new one's in. Than it took a few days to program !!! Very dirty, Needed a deep cleaning, we washed all Bedding, All kitchen dish's, Utensils, Pan's, Refrigerater. Smoke detecters were hanging from ceiling, tape over electrical switchs, garadge had old bed frames, storage room.. Contacted the office about the rest of the cleaning, wk -10days went by finally they Kendal promised somebody shortly, ( That took another wk) they did the greasy stove, an the bath of Master Bed room. We were hopeing for a price break for all the issues, Nothing, not even a gift card !!
