Breathtaking views from inside and outside…of the sea & Plum Island Sound, the skies, the coastline. Watching Canadian geese in formation heading South as well as many other birds was so captivating as well as watching smallish boats of all kinds adventuring the changing tides…. photos of this property do not accurately show how utterly amazing the house really is. The interior was immaculate as well as comfortable AND charmingly artistic. First rate quality in every way i can think of. The owner was super nice, accommodating and helpful as well. I know we will be back soon. Can we just move in forever?

Jeffrey place is a picture perfect place to stay. Overlooking the sea is priceless. The house layout is fantastic with lots of areas to sit around. We especially loved the verandah overlooking the sea. And the whole house and its location is private enough without feeling completely secluded. Location of the house is also fantastic. We were looking for a place to wind down for a couple of nights and Jeffrey's place provided that perfect opportunity Jeffrey also has been a fantastic host - always responsive and provided clear instructions. Access to the house was super easy. Wished we had a couple more nights there. Would definitely like to stay here again.

I will DEFINITELY be staying here again. This was the most beautiful house in the most quiet and peaceful location. We were visiting Salem so it was nice to travel out to somewhere calm to wind down for the night. The house was absolutely beautiful. The deck on the upper level had the most refreshing and cool breeze blowing through; I can't say enough good things about this house! Jeffrey was quick to respond to messages and made check in so easy. It was nice staying somewhere where we felt safe.
