A unique two-bedroom Chamonix home (approx 85 sq m) with open plan and luminous living spaces. The lounge offers stunning panoramic mountain views. The house has a large private raised garden with two seating areas. It offers stunning views of Mont Blanc, its Aiguilles, and the Brevent. Private parking for two cars with a bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery in easy walking distance. Central Chamonix's restaurants, bars and the Aiguille du Midi are only 10 minute's walk away. This is a recently renovated private home. It's something of an 'upside down' space. It can be accessed from the front door at road level and opens to a lobby, understairs toilet and the main bedroom and ensuite shower room. On the first floor is a generous open plan living area with lounge, dining and a large fully-equipped kitchen. The garden is on this level too and is accessed from the kitchen or from street level by a flight of stairs. The twin bedroom is at the rear of the property with an ensuite family bathroom. It's a quiet space below the house to which our home is connected and does not have a window.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Little Garden House. The house was immaculate and well equipped. It's situated in a residential area so it's nice and quiet and having a garden to sit and admire the amazing views from was a real bonus. It's an easy 20 mins walk into Chamonix and there's a good supermarket and boulangerie just around the corner. Sue was super helpful throughout. We'd love to go back and stay.

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the incredible view of Mont Blanc from the back yard, easy access to downtown Chamonix, well equipped kitchen and very conveniently located grocery store / bakery nearby. Great hosts and a great place that we would recommend!
A quiet location on a road that runs one way from the centre of Chamonix, direction les Houches with a speed limit of 30km per hour. Predominently residential, it's approximately 500m from Chamonix hospital. It has good public transport links - 3 minutes to the bus stop and 8 minutes to the train station. It also benefits from being close to a small but well-stocked supermarket, an excellent pharmacy, bakery, butcher and hairdresser.
There is parking for two cars in front of the garage (we do ask that space is left for us to access the garage at all times). Parking in the centre of Chamonix is always very busy. We are only 150m from a bus stop or a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town.
