Great place to stay the night while doing the via Magna Francigena as it is not too far from the Tagliavia Sanctuary and the Francigena can be rejoined directly behind the swimming pool. It is great to be able to swim in the pool after walking all day. Everything was very clean and welcoming And we were brought fresh tomatoes eggs and melon which was very welcome as we couldn’t carry much food. There is Stunning scenery as a backdrop to the property. Despite the main road running in front it wasn’t noisy at all as very few cars passed.

Séjour parfait, maison très agréable, super piscine ET l'employé de l'hôte est d'une gentillesse et d'une discrétion exceptionnelle. Vous êtes dans la nature sicilienne sans aucun voisin.

We had quite a big discomfort in the house as dirty water came out from the shower floor and for more than 2 hours during the evening we couldn't use any sink/water/toilet/shower. The caretaker of the house came and after opening all the pipes in the garden managed to remove some blocks saying that lots of toilet paper had been accumulating during a long time (in the house there is a sign not to throw paper in the toilet) and it was impossible for us to do that as we had been there for 24 hours. The next morning the owner apologized with us for the inconvenience and after 2 hours she sent us a reimbursement request of 360 euros without even sending us a message or calling to talk
