Wow! What a perfect hideout for 2 people in beautiful St-Maarten!! With no immediate neighbors, and our own balcony and private pool, this place felt very peaceful and comfortable. The little house is as bright, modern, and clean as it looks on the pictures. And the screened windows allowed us to enjoy the perfect breeze night and day, which we much prefer than AC (however fully available in case you are one of those who can't live without it). Perfectly nestled on top of a little hill, right between the ocean at a near distance and the luxurious vegetation all around, we were treated to magnificent and colorful views each day...Including cute monkeys who always stayed at a safe distance as we of course made sure not to tease them with food or anything. Being a short 15 min drive away of either Orient Bay and Phillipsburg, the villa is ideally located. The allstar 'CMK Team' (Cherise, Maia, and Kate) are also true Super Hosts! And for all the reasons above we will inevitably be back!

We spent 7 days at felicite and it was everything we hoped it would be. We spent our days lounging in the pool and on the deck. The environment was peaceful, private and absolutely romantic. We were amazed at the diversity of wildlife and nature that was teeming in the trees of the hillside. The home had all the comforts of our own house with the added bonus of being surrounded by the gorgeous views of the ocean and mountains. We took several trips to explore the island including a sun soaked day at cupecoy beach, sunset cruise departing from “nowhere special,” a simply perfect beachfront dinner at La cigale, a few trips to our favorite market carrefore, and fabulous shopping and pastries in Marigot. Thank you for providing us with the perfect setting for an unforgettably beautiful honeymoon ❤️❤️❤️ We left our Fodors travel guide on the tv stand so your next guests can find some hidden gems on your beautiful island.

L'emplacement était identique aux photos, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La vue est a couper le souffle. Le seul désagrément est le vent puisque nous sommes en hauteur, mais c'est vite oublié. Nous aurions aimé une piscine chauffé, ceci aurait rendu le lieu idyllique. Merci

Maia (and team) was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The place offers spectacular views, very private and peaceful. It was clean, spacious and the complimentary items were a nice touch. My husband enjoyed the pool every morning with his coffee. Laundry/dishwasher was a bonus that made our stay better. All the necessary cutlery etc for cooking was available. Would recommend this place but highly suggest car rental.
