To begin with they changed my reservation due to the house I chose not being available When they gave me a new rental they stated they would cover the difference’of this new rental The new rental was actually $122 less than my original n I caught it within a min of the new rental n when I brought it up. They left me on read. I asked for an update on the price adjustment n again left on read. I should have ended the rental then. the house did not look like the photos. The photos gave a sense of a resort getaway away. It was far from it. It was very dirty, urine stained sheets, hair in the showers, clogged sinks, broken toilet seats, broken bunk bed. Dad spent a morning cleaning the yard/pool, BF cleaned grill & mom cleaned the kitchen. The outdoor games broken The ‘5th’ bedroom is in the garage and not an actual bedroom n it’s a swinging bed. Relayed to rebl, took 1.5 wk to respond, only cuz I called often. Did nothing, blamed me. Do not rent. Would leave more info but not enough spac

We stayed here for my graduation weekend (we are from out of town) and we had a very enjoyable experience. Everyone was able to do their own thing within the property (go swimming, play ping pong or be in the game room) which was very nice!

Well, if you are going here for the pool in the winter and would like it to be heated (for an additional cost) and reasonably clean - don't book! We are still waiting on our pool heating refund as pool was cold - management goes quiet after check in. The pool was over the top dirty - host/management company said they would send someone in to clean it and check on heating but no one ever came and management went quiet. I have been contacting them for a week after our stay and have yet to get my refund. Also, if you are wanting 5 bedrooms - this is NOT a 5 bedroom home. This home has 4 bedrooms and the garage/game room has a swing made up as a bed. Not insulated and not even close to an actual bedroom. We had 5 sets of couples supposed to come here, luckily it ended up being 4 sets so we all had bedrooms. Home is not the cleanest. Definitely used as a party type home. It is generally cleaned, but there was trashed tucked into nooks and crannies like under the couch.
