We were in a pinch due to some bad weather while traveling and Bonita provided a lovely place to stay on very little notice. She was very communicative and responsive and kind and the place was beautiful inside. It was a little pricey and seemed to not be the whole place as we heard coughing and other noise coming from what sounded like the basement and the back of the house seemed to be sectioned off as if it were a duplex rather than a whole house? But it wasn't really a bother. There was only one food option open in the town due to the holiday week (I think there were only two total as it is a very small town). But we found a great Inn in the neighboring town for dinner. We were surprised by the no alcohol rule but that is our own fault for not reading the house rules closely enough. Overall a good experience.

Bonita is a wonderful host and I cannot imagine a more welcoming place than her beautiful lake house Cottage. It feels like home from the moment you step in, has everything a guest may need, and is clean and comfortable. The Cottage is by far one of the most magical cute little houses to visit.

Bonitas place was lovely! It was extremely clean and very charming. Parking was easy and it felt very private and peaceful. Bonita was very easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.
