We were so happy to find this property! Often times there's one or two things that just aren't up to par for a perfect experience but that was not the case here. The house in and out was perfect for our family of seven and our dog. Everyone had a comfy and cozy bed with no need for the dreaded sleeper couch situation. The kitchen and bathrooms were both upscale and well appointed. The living room and large sun room had plenty of couch space and the open floor plan was perfect for being all together without feeling cramped. The gas fireplace was real nice and the little touches like the record player with some classic selections and books really make you feel at home. The grounds were also beyond our expectations with a great patio and fire pit as well as a detached clubhouse which was a great space for our kids to have some alone playtime where our daughter even put on a little violin concert for us one night after dinner! My family can whole heatedly say the stay was amazing!

Shawn’s place is beautiful and spacious. The decor is lovely and well thought out. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. We love the fireplace and sun room, too!

We had a wonderful stay at Shawn’s place in Barnstable. The house was perfect for our family and we were very comfortable. We love to cook and the kitchen was nice and big with lots of counter space and most cooking utensils and dishes provided. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. There is not much in the area to walk to, but a short drive away there are cute local spots to eat. Hyannis is also 20 min away with lots to offer. We had a wonderful time and would come back!
