This listing is fraudulent. We showed up and the instructions to enter the building were wrong. The support from the host was nonexistent. The phone number provided called out to the Philippines and of course no one answered. A tenant let us into the building, and when we got to the unit, the keypad the entry instructions showed was a instead a deadbolt. We had no way to get a key to get in. When I messaged the host they sent a lock picking video. I'm not joking. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS LOCATION. Thankfully AirBnB support helped me get a refund.

Great location and such a cute little apartment.

We stayed for three weeks. The apartment is big and nice. The communication with the host is good and very quick to answer questions. The location is almost good because next to a busy and nice street, quiet but the parking on the back is very shady and we saw a car being stolen and bad people coming and looking around almost every night. The apartment door is closed only with a pad that open with a code no second security lock which was a little bit scary too because every couple day the front or the back door were left open with rocks.

Showed up to dirty apartment, Pizza on the stove, beds messy, toilets not flushed, clothes laying around. We arrived late due to some travel issues and was icing on the cake for a frustrating experience. We contacted the host, but it was in the middle of night, so I didn't expect a quick response. The place was unfit to stay so we had to find another place to stay. The host did reach out to us in the morning but was not very helpful on resolving the issue. I have asked for a refund but can't seem to get a response. I know mistakes can happen however nothing has been done so book at your own risk.
