If that's not enough, enjoy the sunset on the party deck two-slip, private dock. You'll spend hours jumping (no diving) off the top deck. Sectional seating is perfect for all-day fun in the sun or an afternoon nap. Spend your days swimming, fishing, boating or just hanging out. Water toys include a large Lily Pad, float chairs, towable tubes, noodles, and swim floats. Our pontoon boat with tube & rope is available separately for rent (please inquire). Other watercraft (pontoons or jet skis) can be rented at the local marinas. The large flat front yard is perfect for outdoor games like badminton, croquet, and corn hole. It'll be hard to leave the lake, but if you do, there are plenty of activities nearby. Shopping in downtown Blairsville or adorable Blue Ridge (20 minutes away). Hike Brasstown Bald, Blood Mountain, Vogel State Park, or any number of other state parks with waterfalls and small lakes. There are Wineries galore within minutes and Harrah's Casino in Murphy, NC is less than 30 minutes away. The house itself is super-spacious with large bedrooms, and a bunk room. The master and two guest bedrooms have king beds and closets. The fourth 'office' has a queen and a closet. The other sitting room has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The bunk room also has a couch with a flat-.screen TV A large living area upstairs faces a wood-burning fireplace. The downstairs great room has a bar and wood-burning stove. Washer/Dryer upstairs.
