What a beautiful home! I LOVED how clutter free everything was. The use of space was fantastic - with all the essentials neatly tucked away- and the place felt open and airy. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful back yard full of birds and bunnies- but in the middle of the city and convenient to great restaurants and whole foods. The beds and linens were super cozy (and breathable!). I hope to stay here again! Thank you Katie for a wonderful stay 😊

My family and I spent a wonderful month in Katie's home. It is one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed in anywhere. The house is minimally and handsomely furnished - very comfortable beds, nice decor and thoughtful communal areas. The kitchen was standout. Great quality and well maintained cooking tools, stove and dishware. And we loved spending time in the backyard enjoying the view of the mountains. I hope we have the chance to stay in this lovely house again sometime soon!

I have now stayed at the Marigold House twice and love it! The house is so cute and charming. The owner, Katie, did an amazing job updating the house with modern amenities while preserving the home's original charm and character. It is cozy and comfortable, all while being stylish. I love how clean and uncluttered this home is without being cold or austere. All of the details have been considered and thought out, and you can feel that when you stay in the space. Everything you might need is provided, which alleviates stress. It is the perfect Airbnb! I stayed here when the house had just been redone so everything was brand new and pristine. Upon returning to the home a year later, I was very impressed with how well-maintained everything was. It felt just like the first time! This is a testament to the care that Katie puts into her home. She also is the kindest host and is extremely responsive should you need anything. I look forward to staying here a third time!

We enjoyed our NYE weekend at the Marigold house and highly recommend it! The space was just as described with minimal decor and tasteful design. The beds and linens were all very comfortable and the wood fireplace was a welcome feature on the cooler AZ nights we stayed. Katie's recommendations for restaurants and markets were lovely and we will definitely plan to stay again the next time we visit Tucson. The central location made it a 10-15 min trip in any direction to all of our hiking, dining and shopping destinations.
