Dale was great. Communication was spot on and he was very responsive. The room was tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay at Dale’s house again.
Dale’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. Well lit at night, very private, and felt super safe. The house itself is very clean especially the bedroom and bathroom. The cat is friendly and at worst will ignore you, but never runs away or appears agitated. Dale himself communicates well, and will gladly answer all your questions. Overall, it’s a nice quiet place that is easy to find on GPS. I chose it for the price, as I was passing through from point A to point B, and got exactly what I expected.

Two bedrooms, one bath, in host’s very quiet home. Dale is a great host, friendly & accommodating. FYI, he has an indoor cat, in case you’re allergic.
