This is a wonderful place to stay, the yard was completely fenced with the river in the back which was perfect for our dog, Sailor. There is a beautiful florist store with icecream (we recommend the Maine blueberry and the Maine maple sundae) as well as gas station with a store right down the road. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

We stayed at Jen’s place for a week and had a great time! The house is very pretty and quaint. We enjoyed spending time on the deck with a direct view of the river, as well as having a view of the river from the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice, we would definitely stay again!

I would absolutely stay here again! It smelled so clean and fresh when we first walked in. The ancient wood floors were shiny. Fenced in yard was great for kids and the dog. Enjoyed the fire pit and the river. The bedding was of high quality. The insulation must be top notch, because even on the below freezing nights we were toasty. Only downside, no dining table for a family sit down meal.

The house is beautiful, clean with old charm and character. Thoughtful details throughout and even some handy phone chargers already in place. Very responsive and helpful. Awesome find!

This property was super comfortable, spotless, and stocked really well! We brought things with us that we could’ve left at home because this place had everything we needed. The master bed was so comfortable (we didn’t use the second bed). The hot water and water pressure were both great. The fire pit right near the river was a great spot to spend our nights and stargaze. This property was also incredibly dog friendly and was stocked with bowls and toys and had a fully fenced in yard. There weren’t many restaurant options or things to do in the immediate area and the only grocery store was a bit lacking so I’d recommend bringing any specific food items you want to cook. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here and would recommend it!
