I stayed at Errin's darling place while I visited my son at UVM. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, and I walked 10 minutes each morning to a different cafe for breakfast. (I easily could've made breakfast in the apartment's fantastic kitchen, but I wanted to walk : ).) I appreciated the dedicated parking spot out front, and it only took me 7 minutes by car to reach my son's dorm across campus. The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again when I next visit. Thanks, Errin!

Our stay at Erin’s place was just right! She had great communication from start to finish and all instructions were very clear. The apartment was spacious and clean. My husband, dog and I enjoyed our stay. Although there was street parking, we really liked having a parking spot available for our car. It was so practical to have. The biggest plus was the location. We enjoyed being close to the center of town. Would stay there again in the future. Thanks again Erin for hosting us!

I had a terrible experience with this place. I landed by 12:30am, after a long flight. There was no check-in instructions. After trying to reach out to the host for almost an hour, I called the AirBnB customer service. By 3 am, I was relocated in a hotel. No excuse message whatsoever from the host the next day. It was like the incident never happened. Very bad experience. Other than that, the place was clean and neat.

We loved this place and would gladly rent again. Errin is a great host. The kitchen has all that you need and the place is larger than it looks.
