Overall we enjoyed our stay in Francavilla. The host was very responsive and was quick to assist and fix the AC when it went out the final night. Two comments: the mattress on the ground level room is very firm. The loft mattress is more comfortable but the head clearance at the top of the stairs is not for especially tall people, we are both shorter than 5’5”.
