在巴黎度过了美好的一周，房子位置便利，房东回复及时。周边餐厅小店很多，步行可抵达埃菲尔铁塔。非常美好！再到巴黎还会选择的！

One of the best accommodations we stayed still today. Lot of amenities, very spacious and clean. 4G outside the apartment was bonus. Very near Eifel tower. Enjoyed the stay. If we go again Paris our first preference.

Our stay at Alex’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5! The location and apartment could not be better; fully equipped kitchen and just a few hundred meters from the Eiffel Tower. Alex was the perfect host; very responsive, his instructions were clear, and he was more than accommodating of requests. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day!

We stayed 5 nights. Alexandre was super helpful and responsive. He sent info and instructions for check in right away. The instructions were so good that there was no need to contact the host the entire time. Self-check in was great for us as we arrived to Paris about 11 pm. The apartment is just as described and in the photos. It worked great for us - 2 adults and 3 kids. The apartment was clean - it smelled good, the bedding was freshly changed, it wasn't musty at all. The kitchen is well equipped, with a microwave, dishwasher, and W/D!! The area is really lovely, quiet, residential, 10-12 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, a block from the river. Perfect for night strolling. The bonus was seeing the top of the ET from the apartment. : ) The floors and doors are really squeaky as others have commented but that's what you get for being in central Paris!! We had a 2 pm departure and we were able to keep our bags in the apt till 1 pm. We'd stay here again. Thanks Alexandre!
