Beautiful surroundings and very clean with all the comforts of home

We had such a fantastic stay at Tina's place. Both the horses and the humans in our group felt right at home! Tina's place is perfectly located with easy access to beautiful horse trails (just saddle up and ride straight from the property on well-maintained trails) and a short drive to some beautiful hikes. Our horses were comfortable in the corrals and pasture and we had everything we needed inside. The entire property was spotless. Tina gave excellent recommendations of places to ride and hike. We hope to be back again! Whether you are a horse person or not, Tina's place is a gem!

Tina and her husband are great people. Very welcoming and friendly. Right off the jump we started talking and laughing. I came for a truck show in James town and they even went above and beyond and let me use some of their personal equipment to clean my truck and get ready for the show. I couldn’t have imagined getting a host as good as them and they set the bar very high and I probably won’t ever run into a host as good as them ever again unless I go stay there again. The home was very clean and neat. The beds were comfy and clean as well. They had mini split hvac units in every room and working remotes for each. Microwave/airfryer Coffee machines Cups,mugs, plates, dishes I mean everything. Greats hosts ever

The unit was EXACTLY what I expected and needed. The surroundings were beyond beautiful with the horses and fall leaves. I enjoyed meeting the owners and their welcome community (cat and dogs) and felt completely at ease during my stay. I tend to keep to myself and they offered an evening of BBQ if I was interested but respected my privacy. I slept like a log in the comfy bed and appreciated how quiet it was. I would definitely visit again!!

We had a great stay. Tina was a great host and super flexible. We had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. Close to both Pickett State Park and Big South Fork. Absolutely beautiful place to hike and kayak. We will definitely be back!
