Come join us in paradise and relax with beautiful sunrises and awesome sunsets while listening to the ocean waves. This two bedroom duplex is a short walk to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy walking 8 miles of beach for collecting sea shells, dolphin and bird watching, kayaking & enjoying the sun. The famous Indian Pass Raw Bar is just a short walk where you can experience great local seafood and entertainment. The first floor duplex is within short walking distance to the world famous Indian Pass Raw Bar seen on the Discovery Channel where you can enjoy Apalachicola oysters and other fine seafood cuisine. The large open deck offers beautiful views of the Gulf and plenty of room for grilling, just relaxing on a lounge chair, meditating or yoga.

Peaceful, restful, comfortable. We loved the open deck and the closeness of the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed walking on the almost deserted beach and hearing the pounding ocean waves.
Perfect getaway for us! Dee was a wonderful host and made us feel at home while allowing us our privacy. I highly recommend this place!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Lazy Pelican. The place everything as listed and more. Comfortable, clean and well kept. . Dee and Sean went above and beyond on their hospitality. They were just really good people, friendly and responsive. Their home is close to the beach, in a very peaceful area. If you're lucky enough to stay, do check out the Indian Pass Trading Post for dinner. Take a short 15 minute trip to Cape San Blas to the T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. We also had a shopping day over in Apalachicola, Fl. This was one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at. Hope to come back to this little peace of paradise some day.

Super clean , quiet and relaxing . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dee and Charlie's ! Well stocked kitchen with everything you could need and more . Breakfast goods and coffees for the maker . Very short enjoyable walk to the beach and bayou. Loved the use of the kayaks as well . Hope to return someday soon !

Located a brief few minutes walk to the beach, a short walk to the Indian Pass Raw Bar ( oysters and other seafood) and just a short drive to a public boat ramp make this house an ideal place to vacation on the Gulf of Mexico for singles, couples and families. Indian Pass beach is typically a relaxing quiet beach where visitors can enjoy walking the beach, collecting seashells, bird or dolphin watching, kayaking, fishing or just relaxing on the beach.
Plenty of parking in an empty cul de sac for boats, RV's, trailers, etc. and covered parking under the house.
Indian Pass is located between Apalachicola and Port Saint Joe Florida. Both towns offer excellent seafood restaurants and entertainment.

I am a semi-retired Nurse Practitioner living in a 2 story duplex on the Gulf of Mexico at Indian Pass, Port Saint Joe Florida. I love walking the beach, fishing, turtle patrol from May to October, working part-time, listening to music, gardening and cuddling my new grandson Tiernan! I enjoy meeting people and listening to their experiences in life. I am open to learning something new every day. I guess my life motto after losing my husband 5+ years ago, is to not have any regrets and enjoy life in the moment. I love being an Airbnb host and meeting so many interesting people.
