We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. It's peaceful, relaxing and the sunsets are gorgeous. We spent one day fishing and another going to the Paducah Quilt Show, which was an hour away. On another day our local family came out for a lovely visit. My husband enjoyed catching up on his math and science reading and I worked on a cross stitch project. All the while enjoying being near the lake.

Staying here was like staying at your relatives summer home. For better or for worse, that is how it felt. It is a bit hard to find so make sure you familiarize yourself with what the front of the house looks like. The layout is unique, one bedroom is in a musty basement. Two bedrooms connect with no privacy (3/4 wall between them and doors that aren’t private). Bathrooms are cleanish, kitchen looks better than in photos. Lovely sun porch is not usable because it is filthy, same with outdoor furniture. Yard is big but sloped, very hard to walk dogs. Dock is BEAUTIFUL! we caught bass and crappie right off the dock. Overall house is not super clean, owner has personal stuff in every drawer and cabinet so you cannot put anything away, which makes it feel like you are intruding on someone’s space. But owner is extremely friendly and responsive and the location is beautiful (remote so be prepared to travel for necessities and food).

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful location! Fishing was great and multiple patios provided exquisite relaxation opportunities with a truly gorgeous view. Family friendly and couldn’t be more pleased with the amenities and homey atmosphere. Made for a fantastic Easter weekend with family!

The place was fantastic. My family and I felt right at home. Great lake access. Donna was very personable and answered questions in a timely fashion.

We had a wonderful time at Donna's place. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for my husband's parents and sister and loved that he was able to walk down to the dock and fish in between checking on the turkey. The home was very clean and Donna was wonderful about communication. It was the perfect size for my husband and I to spend family time with our adult children and his parents and sister. The view is amazing too!
