Residing in this apartment remains one of my most memorable experiences in Addis Ababa. Ideally located in a prestigious neighborhood, it provides easy access to all amenities. The apartment is meticulously maintained. My gratitude goes to Hareg for her availability in meeting our requests, and to Andy for his promptness and efficiency.

My parents had a wonderful time at Andy’s place. Initially we had booked a 32 day stay at this place last minute but the previous guests had to extend their stay by two days. Andy was kind enough to book a hotel and cover expenses for the first few days. As well he liaised with the building manager to meet and assist as soon as the plane landed in Addis. The hotel itself wasn’t great but the Airbnb more than made up for it. Andy owns several units in the building and was able to relocate my parents to a lower level unit with less stairs so my grandmother could visit. All in all the space was clean and tidy, it was equipped with linens and eating utensils, and was in proximity to a great little neighborhood called Fiyelbet (goat house). There were many restaurants and cafés in the area with lots to do. The building manager helped them with any questions and helped them get a driver for the duration of their trip. This place is excellent, you might want to stay forever!
