Good location, beautiful gardens. Very quiet! Comfortable beds, lots of TVs, very good appliances, but some furniture unsuitable for some guests eg: high dining table and high chairs, some rusty garden furniture which need a little "love"! Host responding quickly to faults with water supply in the first 48 hours after our arrival. Disappointed that late check out agreed on arrival for one of us was withdrawn at last minute, and by a chance conversation with the host, the other guest found out about the late checkout not being possible anymore. Would have rebooked for January 2025 for a longer period but the price/rate increase was so great ($100 more per night), that we looked elsewhere, unfortunately!

A beautiful cottage with manicured garden and a choice of seating to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon tea. This is our second time staying here, as usual, Hamil was the perfect host, responding to all our requests within minutes. Mullins beach is a 5 min walk, restaurant, Speightstown and holetown within easy reach. I highly recommend a stay at this cottage. Roger and Sonia

Hamil's cottage is charming, exactly what I needed for both remote work & a relaxing getaway. It's very clean, well equipped, beautiful & cozy. There are multiple lush green garden areas to sit & relax outside. I especially enjoyed the rocking chairs out front. The outdoor shower is private and a bonus, since the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The WiFi was generally good. Great large washer & dryer. Sea Shed restaurant is a few minutes walk, & is a nice spot for food & beach chairs, if you reserve in advance. Otherwise, there are lots of open sandy areas to enjoy Hamil's provided beach chairs on beautiful Mullins Beach. Hamil is available for any concerns & eager to help, but also completely respects your privacy. He accommodated me last minute, showing me around right away even though it was late. He truly cares you have everything you need & everything is to your liking. He really listens & tries to make any improvements. Top notch host & a wonderful cottage!
