Our family had a wonderful stay. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incedibly responsive, gave us terrific recommendations, and provided a space that immediately felt like home away from home. And so clean!! We found the location to be convenient to the attractions we wanted to enjoy, walkable to great dining options (Simply Thai is simply incredible), and the older neighborhoods pretty to drive through. If you enjoy older homes and midwest/southern comfort at a great rate, this is a terrific option for you. We hope to return ourselves!

Conrad’s apartment was comfortable and convenient! We were able to walk just a few minutes and get quality groceries at Blossom and Paul’s Fruit Market, which was great since we wanted to do some of our own cooking. The beds and pillows were good - we slept well and weren’t bothered by neighborhood noise at all. We’d recommend Conrad’s apartment for anyone who wants to be in the St. Matthew’s area, and we would stay there again if we have the chance.

Conway's apartment was perfect for our family's needs. The location was close to many restaurants, a laundry mat, a small grocery all within walking distance. I really appreciated the toys left out for our 1 year old to enjoy during our stay and our older kid enjoyed playing Ms Pac Man with dad. This is in an urban setting and an older building so if you have a sound machine, bring it!
