Welcome to my third Bean's House on the bank of Han River and in the heart of city. The 25 sqm studio is well-decorated, cozy, very new, fresh, clean with all mod cons. Great location: - 3 mins by walk to the Han Bridge, Vincom mall... - 2-5 mins by taxi to the Dragon bridge, Love bridge, Sontra Night Market and the Beach, Han Market, Pink church and Bach Dang street - 10 mins by taxi to airport My apartment are elegantly designed with modern furniture and amenities, such as air conditioning, hot water, flat-screen TV, cable channels, in-house motorbike parking, etc. You can also enjoy free high-speed internet access to keep up with the world or working. The hotel also has a cafe at ground floor in morning that serves delicious Vietnamese coffee. And 24/24 Supporting: Tour, Travel Information, Car rental, motorbike retal.....

Great host. Fast responder. If there was an issue he kindly addressed it right away.
This a great spot; there’s a coffee shop on the first floor that serves a good coffee and fresh juice with a neighborhood vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed starting my day with them. Mr Phú was an excellent host. Another plus-an elevator.
Amazing stay! Our favourite accommodation in Vietnam. Lovely studio, not too small and all the furniture is good quality and comfortable. The host is always on hand if you need anything. We loved staying here!
Very clean and modern rooms with all amenities you would need. Booked for a second time here as we enjoyed it so much. Great value for money! Good coffee place on ground floor as well and very nice people working there. Will definitely return when in Da Nang!

My apartment located right in the heart of Da Nang. It is just a few steps away from the Han Bridge, Dragon Bridge, which rotates and breathes fire at midnight.
You can also easily visit other historical and cultural sites of Da Nang, such as Cham Museum, Han Market, Vincom Shopping Center, and the Beach or Son Tra mountain.
This is very convenient for travelers as it is near the airport and the train station.
It’s easy to take taxi or Grab app from my place. There are also the motorbike and car rental service at my place or bicycle public rental near my place.
