This is our personal part-time home that we occasionally offer to others. If you enjoy personal touches, attention to detail, and a very clean space, our condo is for you! You'll enter on the first level through the garage/mud room (please remove shoes here) and enter the condo lower level. Take stairs to main upper level. Main bedroom (king) and bathroom suite are upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living room. The family room and kitchen have a common wall with the condo next door, however, the bedrooms do not have a common wall. With high ceilings, skylight, and modern furnishings, our renovated condo has a zen vibe. Downstairs a second bedroom (queen), full bathroom and laundry room. The beds have new premium mattresses, premium sheets and linen duvets. Front patio balcony with southern sun exposure and view to neighborhood and valley or shady back patio balcony view to open space. There is a hose in garage that can be connected at the side of the building for a bike wash, muddy shoes, etc. KITCHEN- The kitchen has several options for making coffee or tea, and there is fresh coffee and creamer available for your first morning. You'll also find other basic supplies if you prefer to stay home and cook a meal. BATHROOMS- There is basic soap and shampoo available in each bathroom. CLEANING- As a nurse, I believe in high standards of cleaning and sanitation. You can expect a thoroughly clean space with sanitized surfaces. Rather than top sheets and blankets, we have comforters encased in European duvet covers that get washed and replaced after each use. So go ahead and snuggle them up to your face. :)
