This was the perfect place for our plans - easy walking distance to shops, Ocean Village Marina and plenty of bars and restaurants. Parking and check-in arrangements were so easy and our host was great - quick to respond to any queries and sending all instructions prior to our stay. Thanks Paul!

Good location close to city centre, short pleasant walk to the shops. Parking in carpark opposite included is very convenient. There are lifts which is helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Ideal for our stay with grown-up son and daughter for the Southampton marathon.

The flat was clean, everything worked well and the beds were comfortable. It is close to Oxford Street (bars/restaurants) and 10 minutes' walk from Ocean Village. There were 4 of us which seemed right for the size. Host was helpful and friendly and replied quickly.
