We was looking for a air bnb that could cater a dog we found this one and it did not state on the webpage description that they would be wanting extra fees .. so we paid the correct amount where then told pet fees of £100 were needed once questioned came to agreement he wouldnt charge us but wanted my form of id with address on request asking why he needed this as air bnb have all the date and is protected he did not answer apart from saying to make him feel comfortable on a gentleman agreement i still refused as any info he needed the air bnb app would supply he then became arguementitive and threaten to cancel the booking ! We had no choice because of work we needed this propety so gave in and gave it to him on arrival propety was in ruff area and then soon we got in there was stains on the sofa /broken bed in one the rooms . No toilet roll or cleaning prods /mattress stained from bed bugs and chairs were broke other things it defo wernt worth the money .from start bad experience

Really clean and spacious, good location if looking to go to Alton Towers

Great place in a good location for Alton towers. Some things could do with a little updating as there was some mould on the blinds and the bathroom accessories were rusty; however, it was a good set down location overall.
