This was my 2nd time staying at grand avenue with Nan. The room itself is good quality with decent furnishings and has everything you need to feel at home. Nan is a excellent host that you can contact and communicate with easily. Overall I would recommend to make a booking with Nan and I would say grand avenue is the best place if you are looking to stay in central Pattaya.

I enjoyed my stay here. Some small minor things like the some of the lights would flicker or the shower hot water would be on and off at times.. but overall i liked the place and the location is great and the amenities here are wonderful. Would def stay again. Nan is def responsive and very helpful! She’s a good host

Clean, comfortable in a convenient location. American style grocery store within 5 walking distance. Amazing nightlife with tons of affordable restaurants, bars. Anything you’re looking for is within walking distance.
