Nate and Kirsten were fabulous hosts! very responsive, flexible, and helpful. And the house is perfect for a base of operations with kids in the finger lakes region. We went up for the eclipse, which ended up totally clouded over, but that was the risk we took. We spent a few days exploring the area - as Nate says, the Strong Museum can't be recommended enough! 7 hours with a 4 and 2 year old without a meltdown! Traveling with kids is hard enough. For me, kid-friendly Airbnbs are the only way to travel - and this definitely fit the bill! 2 kids each had their own room. There was a full size crib and high chair, so I didn't have to worry about packing things for those purposes. I feel the listing doesn't do the space justice. The layout was perfect for our needs. The office space is an added bonus. I wasn't sure about the immediate neighborhood for walking and playgrounds, but we kept so busy I didn't ask about it. We walked to the lake for the eclipse without a problem.

We had a fun couples getaway for the Deck The Halls event over the weekend. We were all very happy with our choice to stay at Nate & Kirsten’s. First and foremost their communication with me was wonderful, when booking and reaching out their response time was within moments. They addressed all my questions in detail and are just absolutely lovely people. Our location was perfect, safe quiet neighborhood and easily able to drive all around the Seneca Lake wine trail where our event was taking place. There are also multiple other wineries within a short distance. The house was as advertised - clean, roomy and the bedding very comfortable. Every amenity we needed was available in the kitchen for some meals in and they even provided coffee to ensure we were appropriately caffeinated. We are frequent visitors to the area and will definitely stay at their place again.

Phenomenal place! Very nice neighborhood, hosts are highly responsive. Also, I completely agree with the other reviewer that this is the most child friendly airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! We would definitely stay again.
