Great location, it is a college town but didn’t bother us. Barebones a bit but had everything we needed. Roberto was an amazing host and came over when we needed assistance. Had a great time!

It pains me to not give a good review, but I have to be honest. The location was good as far as getting around and it was convenient to have a Wegmans within walking distance. The neighborhood was not as good. There are a lot of college kids that party and don't tend to upkeep. Karen's house is need of a deep cleaning and repair. The bathroom vanity is old and broken. There is dirt and grime in the corners, baseboards and interior doors. The one bed is lacking a frame and is just the box spring and mattress directly on the floor. The front door and the stairway window need either curtains or blinds. People can see right in and if someone gets up in the middle of the night, they are completely visible through the stairway window. I also suggest room darkening curtains in the bedroom instead of sheers so that people can sleep in on vacation. It was nice to have bottled water and snacks waiting for us.

The house was the perfect place to stay for our daughters dance competition this past weekend. Location was super close to the Smith Opera House, and right down the road from Wegmans, and many other stores / restaurants. The house was super clean, and host was very responsive!
